Very nice place. Well furnished and clean. Maintenance was on point and helped us with the few small issues we had. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Would definitely reccomended staying there.

Horrible experience! very disappointed. don't let the pictures deceive you. This place in the middle of no where and no proper road service and scary and dangerous to drive there. No one is available on site to help you with any issues. no proper signs and very difficult to find your cottage. very old and rooms / bath rooms have bad smell..they send you 100s of emails before your stay asking for your details and asking you to confirm the guests information multiple times. very old tube type TVs in room. they say there is wifi but i could not get any connection and cell phone signal is very weak in the area so you would be cut off from the rest of the word during your stay.. check in / out times are ridiculous .. 5 PM check in 10 AM check out times is ridiculous.. no shops/ restaurants with in 30 minute drive.... if you are visiting Branson avoid staying at this place as it is a long and dangerous drive from Branson to get here...

Really nice cabin. Only downside is that it is 40 minutes away from downtown Branson and they charge you for everything you do wrong.

We are from the local area, but the last three summers we have rented several cottages when extended family comes to visit. Such a great location and close to all the other local attractions. It’s become a family tradition and plan to continue every summer.

Everything about our stay was exactly what our family wanted. It started the moment my granddaughter walked in and kept pointing and saying "Look, big bear!" The pontoon boat rental was easy and the appreciation ice cream and balloon art were a hit with the kids. Having kayaks, paddle boards, playground, and so much more gave us the relaxing family time we needed. Especially loved that nothing felt crowded. The biggest hit however was the pool with the slide. Most of our time spent just laughing and making memories there. Thanks to Roger and the staff who were always available, smiling and so helpful. We all hated leaving.

Really enjoyed the pool and all the extra amenities around the lodge (mini golf, tree house, pickle ball court). Lodge appeared to be slightly worn on the exterior and certain areas of the interior but nothing to terrible. Really the main issue was the location relative to Branson activities 40 minutes away. Porch was great and plenty of space for a large group. It is pretty remote so unless you have Verizon gl with coverage.

We had a wonderful time at the Chalets! We stayed in the 4 bedroom Villa houses and it was beautiful. Our house backed right up to the water and we were able to walk to the edge of the water. The guys were able to do some fishing right from our backyard. The backyard portion was amazing. We had a fire going most nights and loved enjoying our dinner out at the back table and sitting in the rocking chairs around the fire. The beds were comfortable and even the kids rooms had "big" beds. It was interesting that the master bedrooms are on the top floor and kids on first floor but it worked out. Loved having the driveway too to ensure we could have 2 cars parked near the front door at all times, especially with the rain. Appreciated the ice bags and wood for the fire. Appreciated the shampoos and soaps in the bathrooms. Loved the putt putt course and the swing set/tree house. The toddlers were not interested in putt putt but it was nice to allow them to play on the swing set while us adults got a little competition going! Positives: - Comfy beds - Plenty of large towels! - Beautiful location - Loved the outdoor chairs, rockers and table around the firepit - Loved the putt putt course and swing set/tree house - Appreciated the amenities, soaps in bathrooms, trash bags, ice bags, firewood, etc - Loved having a high chair. A lot of rentals don't include that and we forgot ours so thankful for that! Areas of improvement: - Need smaller logs for the firepits. The larger logs were hard to burn so we had to search the yard for smaller sticks, use paper, etc - Wifi - Is there wifi? The book didn't mention a wifi password or anything - How to lock the front door - there was no mention in the book on how to lock the front door and we struggled figuring it out. Ended up having to lock it from the inside which might be the only way? - Utensils - need more measuring cups/spoons. No tablespoon. Knives need to be sharpened (particularly the steak knives). Lighter in the house didn't work. Luckily we brought out own. - Distance - Its a great remote location but is 40ish mins from downtown Branson. So that drive needs to be accounted for when planning your day - Restaurants - no restaurants or grocery stores close by. If there is and we didn't see them and there was nothing in the book about them. It would be nice to have that in the book so that could be easily accessible. Luckily, I had called prior to ask and was informed of the lack of grocery stores/restaurants close by and was able to plan accordingly. - Boat situation - We understand that it is end of March but its STL spring break. On the website, it made it seem that it was easy to just rent a boat and have it at the boat dock. This was not the case. We called the boating company listed on the website and they said they weren't "open yet" and weren't renting out until next month or so. Said it was due to the weather... Obviously we know boats aren't running all year but its spring break and we had a few nice days so it didn't make sense to us. This possibility was not mentioned on the website which should definitely be added. We ended up finding a boating company in Branson and had to drive the 45 mins to get on the boat from there... One of the perks we liked about the Chalets was the idea of the boat dock and renting a boat easily and going out from there, knowing some people might need to be dropped off for kids nap time, etc. But that wasn't possible. So that was very disappointing. Overall we had a great trip. The house was perfect minus the few mentions above. The location was beautiful and the house was comfy and cozy for our trip. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful place to stay!

I’ve been here twice and stayed in their lodges both times. Once in 2015 with 4 other families, all of us with children under the age of 5 at the time. And just recently during Memorial Day weekend with my mother, my siblings and their spouses, and with kids ranging from 3 to 8 years old. The accommodations and amenities were really good during our last stay but they have greatly improved. Our water went out our 2nd day there and maintenance addressed it quickly. The process to rent a platoon was simple and straightforward and in my opinion, extremely affordable. They provided kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets for free on the dock for everyone to use. It seemed like all the villas, lodges and cottages were fully booked during our stay but the resort didn’t seem crowded at all. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a lake vacation. I’m sure my family and friends will continue going for years to come.
